控制性括约肌侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂95例疗效观察的认识

【摘要】：目的分析控制性括约肌侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效。方法选取2015年11月~2016年9月我院收治的陈旧性肛裂患者95例作为研究对象,均开展控制性括约肌侧切术治疗。结果全部患者一次性治愈,无排便失禁、排气失败等情况。结论控制性括约肌侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂疗效明确,有效替身治愈率,降低肛门失禁风险,值得推荐。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the efficacy of controlled sphincterotomy in the treatment of old anal fissure. Methods from November 2015 to September 2016, 95 patients with old anal fissure were treated with controlled sphincterotomy. Results all patients were cured in one-time, no defecation incontinence, failure of exhaust and so on. Conclusion the curative effect of controlled sphincterotomy in the treatment of old anal fissure is clear, the cure rate is effective and the risk of anal incontinence can be reduced.
