钽棒联合自体骨移植在早期股骨头坏死患者中的应用价值分析

【摘要】：目的探究钽棒联合自体骨移植在早期股骨头坏死患者中的应用价值。方法选取于2010年6月至2012年6月期间我院收治的39例早期股骨头坏死患者,行回顾性病例对照研究,其中观察组20例和对照组19例,对照组行髓芯减压和钽棒植入术,观察组在此基础上联合自体骨移植进行治疗,记录两组患者术中情况、住院时间、VAS评分均降低、Harris评分以及并发症发生情况,并对两组的疗效进行分析比较。结果两组患者术前VAS评分和Harris评分均无显著差异(P0.05);术后两组患者VAS评分均降低、Harris评分均增高,且组间比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为10.71%,对照组并发症发生率为48%,两组比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论钽棒联合自体骨移植治疗早期股骨头坏死疗效较为理想,髋关节功能恢复好,疼痛减轻且不良事件发生概率低。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of tantalum rod combined with autogenous bone graft in early femoral head necrosis. Methods A retrospective case-control study was conducted in 39 patients with early femoral head necrosis from June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital. 20 cases in the observation group and 19 cases in the control group were treated with core decompression and tantalum rod implantation. On this basis, the observation group combined with autogenous bone transplantation to record the two groups of patients during the operation, hospital stay, VAS score decreased, Harris score and complications, and the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results there was no significant difference in preoperative VAS score and Harris score between the two groups (P0.05), but the VAS score decreased and the Harris score increased in the two groups after operation (P0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.71 and that in the control group was 48. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion tantalum rod combined with autologous bone transplantation is effective in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis. The hip joint function is recovered well, the pain is alleviated and the probability of adverse events is low.
