甲状腺清洁手术围手术期应用抗菌药物预防感染的安全性研究

【摘要】：目的探讨甲状腺清洁手术围手术期不预防性应用抗菌药物的安全性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2015年1月-2016年1月医院行甲状腺清洁手术患者1 024例作为研究对象,根据患者围手术期是否应用抗菌药物分为观察组784例和对照组240例;观察比较两组患者临床指标。结果两组患者的术后感染率比较差异无统计学意义;两组术后1天和术后3天发热比例比较差异均无统计学意义;两组术后1天和术后3天体温比较差异均无统计学意义;两组患者术后血白细胞计数和中性粒细胞比例比较差异没有统计学意义;两组患者术后伤口引流时间、住院天数比较差异均无统计学意义。结论甲状腺清洁手术围手术期不预防性应用抗菌药物并不增加感染的概率,甲状腺清洁手术围手术期不预防性应用抗菌药物是安全的。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the safety of non-prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in the perioperative period of clean thyroid surgery and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods from January 2015 to January 2016, 1 024 patients undergoing thyroid cleaning operation were divided into observation group (784 cases) and control group (240 cases). The clinical indexes of the two groups were observed and compared. Results there was no significant difference in the postoperative infection rate between the two groups, there was no significant difference in the febrile ratio between the two groups on the 1st day and the 3rd day after operation, and there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups on the 1st and 3rd day after operation. There was no significant difference in blood leukocyte count and neutrophil ratio between the two groups, but there was no significant difference in postoperative wound drainage time and hospital stay between the two groups. Conclusion the non-prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in the perioperative period of thyroid cleaning surgery does not increase the probability of infection, and it is safe to use antimicrobial agents in the perioperative period of thyroid cleaning surgery.
