活血利水法对大面积脑梗死患者去骨瓣减压术后神经功能的影响

【摘要】：目的观察活血利水法对大面积脑梗死去骨瓣减压术后患者神经功能的影响。方法将60例脑梗死术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组(各30例),均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组加服活血利水方药治疗,疗程14天。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量变化。结果治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低(P0.05,P0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P0.01)。治疗后,两组LPO含量均较治疗前降低(P0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P0.01);两组SOD含量均较治疗前升高(P0.01),且治疗组高于对照组(P0.01)。结论活血利水法可通过抗氧化和清除氧自由基作用改善脑梗死术后患者神经功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of activating blood circulation and promoting water therapy on nerve function of patients with large area cerebral infarction after decompression of bone flap. Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction after operation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group (30 cases each), all of them were treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group was treated with Huoxue Lishui prescription for 14 days. The (NIHSS) score, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxide (LPO) content were observed before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P0.05, P0.01), and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P0.01). After treatment, the content of LPO in both groups was lower than that before treatment (P0.01), and the content of SOD in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P0.01), and the content of SOD in both groups was higher than that in the control group (P0.01). Conclusion the method of activating blood circulation and promoting water can improve the neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction after operation by anti-oxidation and scavenging oxygen free radical.
