深层肌肉刺激仪结合矫形鞋垫治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的中短期效果

【摘要】：目的观察深层肌肉刺激仪结合穿戴矫形鞋垫的治疗方式对慢性非特异性腰痛的中短期疗效,探讨这种康复治疗手段的价值。方法选取60例符合诊断的慢性非特异性腰痛患者,随机分成观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),两组均接受常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上进行深层肌肉刺激仪结合矫形鞋垫介入治疗。评测指标包括治疗前、治疗后1、6、12个月的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Oswestry量表评分。结果两组患者治疗前的VAS评分及Oswestry量表评分差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组及对照组治疗后1、6、12个月VAS评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组及对照组治疗后1、6、12个月Oswestry量表评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组治疗后1、6、12个月的VAS评分及Oswestry量表评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论深层肌肉刺激仪结合矫形鞋垫通过纠正下肢足底压力改变,调整下肢生物力学,对慢性非特异性腰痛有中短期疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the short and medium term effect of deep muscle stimulator combined with orthopedic insole for chronic nonspecific low back pain and to explore the value of this rehabilitation therapy. Methods 60 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The observation group was treated with deep muscle stimulator combined with orthopedic insole intervention. The indexes included pain visual analogue score (VAS) and Oswestry scale (12 months) before treatment, 1 and 6 months after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in VAS score and Oswestry score between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly different from those of the control group at 1: 6 and 12 months after treatment (P0.05). There were significant differences in Oswestry scores between the observation group and the control group at 1 and 12 months after treatment (P0.05). The VAS scores and Oswestry scores in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group at 1 and 12 months after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion Deep muscle stimulator combined with orthopedic insole is effective in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain by correcting the change of plantar pressure and adjusting the biomechanics of lower extremity.
