3D打印实体模型在创伤骨科困难手术的应用

【摘要】:目的评价3D打印实体模型在创伤骨科困难手术中的应用的价值。方法 2014年3月至2015年2月,凡是符合纳入标准的复杂创伤骨科手术的病例均行薄层CT扫描,3D打印实体模型后进行术前设计及模拟手术。结果通过个性化的手术方案,降低了手术难度,减少了医源性并发症,缩短了手术时间,大大提高了手术治疗效果。结论 3D打印实体模型在创伤骨科困难手术的应用,可以实现术前优化设计手术方案,术前模拟手术,术中导航,从而精确化、个性化手术的目标。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of 3D-printed solid model in traumatic orthopedic surgery. Methods from March 2014 to February 2015, all patients with complex trauma orthopedic surgery who met the inclusion criteria were scanned by thin layer CT. The 3D printed solid model was designed before operation and simulated operation. Results the individualized operation plan reduced the difficulty of operation, reduced iatrogenic complications, shortened the operation time and greatly improved the effect of surgical treatment. Conclusion the application of 3D printing solid model in difficult surgery of trauma orthopedics can realize the goal of optimizing preoperative operation scheme, simulating operation before operation and navigating during operation, so as to make the operation more accurate and individualized.
