软组织肿瘤的病理新进展

【摘要】：软组织肿瘤在形态学上较为特殊,其鉴别诊断常较为困难,需要借助于免疫组织化学及分子病理检测。随着分子遗传学的发展,诊断用抗体不断被开发,靶向位点不断被发现并应用于实践,为深入研究软组织肿瘤的分子机制,进而提高对软组织肿瘤的诊疗水平提供了基础,临床上个体化诊疗及精准医学治疗也得到了广泛的开展。
[Abstract]:Soft tissue tumors are very special in morphology, and their differential diagnosis is often difficult, which needs to be detected by immunohistochemistry and molecular pathology. With the development of molecular genetics, diagnostic antibodies have been developed and targeted sites have been found and applied in practice, which provides a basis for further study of molecular mechanism of soft tissue tumors and further improvement of diagnosis and treatment of soft tissue tumors. Individualized diagnosis and treatment and accurate medical treatment have also been widely carried out.
