关节镜清理联合髌股周围去神经化手术治疗髌股关节炎的临床疗效
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic cleaning combined with peripatellofemoral neurosurgery in the treatment of patellofemoral arthritis. Methods from January 2014 to September 2015, 100 patients with anterior knee pain of patellofemoral arthritis were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopic cleaning and the observation group were treated with arthroscopic denervation combined with peri-patellofemoral neurolysis. Visual analogue scores (VAS) before and after treatment and Lysholm and Kujala scores after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in VAS between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). After treatment, the VAS of the two groups decreased significantly, and the VAS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the total score of Lysholm in observation group and control group was (80.93 卤4.21), (74.29 卤4.48 respectively. The patients in observation group had claudication, joint noose, weight bearing, pain, instability, upper and lower stairs, joint swelling and pain. The knee Lysholm scores of squatting and standing knee joints were significantly better than those of the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the total score of Kujala in observation group and control group was (76.48 卤6.54), (68.34 卤6.22). The patients in observation group had claudication, walking distance, weight bearing, squat, downstairs, jumping, running and knee joint pain. The Kujala scores of knee flexion, abnormal patellofemoral activity, anterior knee swelling, limited bending of knee joint and atrophy of thigh muscle were significantly better than those in control group (P0.05). Conclusion arthroscopic cleaning combined with peripatellofemoral demineralization can relieve pain and improve the function of knee joint and patellofemoral joint in patients with patellofemoral osteoarthritis.
