尤因肉瘤中NKX2.2的表达及其诊断意义

【摘要】：目的探讨NKX2.2在尤因肉瘤(Ewing’s sarcoma,ES)中的表达及与其它小圆细胞肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法采用免疫组化En Vision两步法检测49例ES组织和43例其它小圆细胞恶性肿瘤中NKX2.2、CD99及FLI1的表达,分析NKX2.2并联合其它指标在ES诊断中的敏感性和特异性。结果 NKX2.2在ES中的阳性率为71.43%(35/49),在其它小圆细胞肿瘤中阳性率为9.30%(4/43);NKX2.2在ES中表达的敏感性和特异性分别为71.43%和90.70%。CD99在ES中表达的敏感性和特异性分别为100%和23.26%,FLI1在ES中表达的敏感性和特异性分别为87.76%和30.23%。联合检测NKX2.2与CD99及FLI1对ES诊断的敏感性和特异性分别为65.31%和100%。结论 NKX2.2蛋白是ES诊断和鉴别诊断中有用的标志物,联合检测三者有助于ES与其它小圆细胞肿瘤的鉴别。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of NKX2.2 in Eine sarcoma (Ewing's sarcoma,ES) and its differential diagnosis from other small round cell tumors. Methods Immunohistochemical En Vision two-step method was used to detect the expression of NKX2.2,CD99 and FLI1 in 49 cases of ES and 43 cases of other small round cell malignant tumors. The sensitivity and specificity of NKX2.2 combined with other markers in the diagnosis of ES were analyzed. Results the positive rate of NKX2.2 was 71.43% (35 / 49) in ES and 9.30% (4 / 43) in other small round cell tumors. The sensitivity and specificity of NKX2.2 expression in ES was 71.43% and that of 90.70%.CD99 in ES was 100% and 23.26%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of FLI1 expression in ES were 87.76% and 30.23%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of NKX2.2, CD99 and FLI1 in the diagnosis of ES were 65.31% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion NKX2.2 protein is a useful marker in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ES. The combined detection of ES protein is helpful to differentiate ES from other small round cell tumors.
