正骨手法配合万向锁定板肩外侧小切口治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折40例

【摘要】：[目的]探讨正骨手法配合万向锁定板肩外侧小切口治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果。[方法]选择2009年12月~2015年8月老年肱骨外科颈骨折患者40例,其中男性18例,女性22例;年龄55~83岁,按Neer骨折分类Ⅱ型15例;Ⅲ型22例;Ⅳ型3例;正骨手法复位后采用肩外侧小切口入路万向锁定板内固定治疗。[结果]所有患者均获得随访,随访时间4~36月,均于6~12周愈合,平均手术时间57 min,术中平均失血量100ml。无血管神经损伤及切口感染,按照Neer百分制评分标准评定,优20例,良18例,差2例,优良率95%。[结论]正骨手法配合万向锁定板肩外侧小切口治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折手术简便、损伤小、术中出血少、功能恢复好,值得临床推广。
