肠胆反流与胆色素结石形成的关系

【摘要】：目前认为胆色素结石的成因与胆汁淤积,加上胆道细菌产生的外源性β-葡萄糖苷酶分解胆汁中的结合胆红素等诸多因素有关,而且许多研究都认为胆道细菌的来源与Oddi括约肌松弛导致肠胆反流有着密切的关系。笔者总结目前研究现状并结合自己的相关研究与思考,探讨肠胆反流与胆管色素结石形成的关系。
[Abstract]:At present, it is considered that the cause of cholelithiasis is related to cholestasis, coupled with many factors such as the decomposition of conjugated bilirubin in bile by exogenous 尾-glucosidase produced by bile tract bacteria. And many studies have concluded that the source of bacteria in the bile duct is closely related to the relaxation of Oddi sphincter leading to enterobiliary reflux. The author summarizes the present research situation and discusses the relationship between enterobiliary reflux and the formation of bile duct pigment stones.
