生肌散外敷对促进乳腺脓肿切开引流术后切口愈合的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:探索研究运用生肌散外敷促进乳腺脓肿切开引流术后切口愈合的临床观察。材料与方法:将52例随机入选的乳腺脓肿切开引流术后且符合阴证疮疡的门诊及住院患者随机分成两组,即对照组和治疗组各26例,治疗组采用生肌散粉,碘伏常规消毒后外敷于切口疮面,平铺厚约3mm,敷料外敷,以乳罩固定之,每天换药一次,连续治疗2周为一个疗程。观测指标为临床症状、切口的愈合情况及其不良反应,治疗一个疗程后判断疗效;对照组使用康复新液,每次使用约10ml,每天使用一次,碘伏常规消毒切口后,外敷切口。治疗组及对照组治疗的疗程均为2周,2周后观察两组的治疗效果及创面的愈合时间等相关指标。结果:治疗组采用生肌散粉促进乳腺脓肿切开引流术后切口的愈合,患者年龄18-40岁,平均(28.50±5.99)岁,愈合时间7-26天,平均(11.12±4.51)天。对照组采用康复新液治疗乳腺脓肿切开引流术后切口不愈合,患者年龄19-39岁,平均(27.77±5.16)岁,愈合时间11-35天,平均(16.85±6.47)天。两组患者的年龄、入组时疮面直径等指标均P0.05,无统计学差异,提示两组具有可比性,将治疗组与对照组的平均愈合时间相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.0010.05)。结论:生肌散较康复新液在乳腺脓肿切开引流术后临床愈合方面疗效确切,病程恢复时间短,无副作用,临床值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical observation of promoting incision healing after incision and drainage of breast abscess by external application of Shengji Powder. Materials and methods: 52 outpatients and inpatients who were randomly selected after incision and drainage of breast abscess were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 26) and treatment group (n = 26). The treatment group was treated with muscle powder. After routine disinfection, iodophor was applied to the sore surface of incision, the thickness of tiling was about 3mm, the dressing was fixed with bra, changed dressing once a day, and was treated continuously for 2 weeks as a course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, wound healing and adverse reactions were observed, and the curative effect was judged after a course of treatment, while in the control group, about 10 ml was used at a time, once a day, and the incision was applied after routine disinfection incision with iodophor. The course of treatment in the treatment group and the control group was 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the therapeutic effect and wound healing time of the two groups were observed.
