【摘要】：正深在性囊性胃炎(gastric cystica profunda,GCP)是一种临床罕见的胃黏膜下病变,好发于男性,中位发病年龄为60岁[1],其典型的组织病理学特征为腺体间质内结缔组织增生,伴不同程度扩张的胃体腺、幽门腺或化生性腺体向黏膜深层及黏膜下浸润,且腺体形态多无异常。虽然GCP是胃的一种良性病变,但近年研究显示,大量胃癌病例常同时伴有GCP,表明GCP与胃癌的发生发展可能存在一定
[Abstract]:(gastric cystica profunda,GCP) is a rare submucous lesion of the stomach, which occurs in males with a median age of 60 years [1]. Its typical histopathological features are hyperplasia of connective tissue in the stroma of the gland. With different degrees of dilatation of gastric gland, glottic gland or metaplastic gland infiltrated into the deep and submucous layer of the mucous membrane, and the morphology of the gland was not abnormal. Although GCP is a benign lesion of the stomach, recent studies have shown that a large number of cases of gastric cancer are often accompanied by GCP, indicating that there may be a certain degree of occurrence and development of GCP and gastric cancer.
