两种方法治疗青壮年PauwelsⅢ型股骨颈骨折疗效对比

　　目的:对比短动力髋结合腓骨植骨和短动力髋结合空心钉两种手术方案治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法:将2014年1月至2019年3月收治符合选择标准的PauwelsⅢ型青壮年股骨颈骨折患者共25例,根据手术方法不同随机分为A、B两组,经闭合复位后,其中A组13例行短动力髋结合腓骨植骨术治疗,B组12例行短动力髋结合空心钉治疗,记录并对比两组不同PauwelsⅢ型青壮年股骨颈骨折病人的手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间、Harris功能评分以及术后并发症的发生。结果:手术时间、出血量A组（3.51±1.32h;453.85±236.70ml）与B组（3.20±1.38h;441.70±331.55ml）比较差异无统计学意义（P1=0.57;P2=0.916）;骨折愈合时间A组（5.30±1.03m）明显短于B组（8.27±1.34m）,两组差异有统计学意义（P=0.00）;术后Harris功能评分A组（95.5±2.38）高于B组（87.08±9.22）（P=0.03）;退钉及股骨头坏死发生率A组（0;0）显著比B组（41.7%;25%）低（P1=0.009;P2=0.03）,骨不愈合率A组...
