急性区域性隐匿性外层视网膜病变随诊一例

【摘要】：正女性,31岁。因右眼突然视力下降10天于2013年12月23日来诊。否认以前眼病史。眼科检查:矫正视力:右眼0.25(-2.0 DS),左眼1.0(-2.5 DS)。右眼前节未见异常,玻璃体内有少量颗粒状细胞。眼底:右眼黄斑区中心凹颞上可见一个1/2PD陈旧性脉络膜视网膜萎缩灶,其余未见异
[Abstract]:Female, 31. Due to sudden right eye vision drop 10 days on December 23, 2013. Deny a history of previous eye disease. Eye examination: corrected visual acuity: right eye 0.25 (-2.0 DS),) left eye 1.0 (-2.5 DS).) There were no abnormalities in the right anterior segment and a small number of granular cells in the vitreous body. Fundus: a 1/2PD old choroidal and retinal atrophy can be seen in the fovea temporalis of the macular area of the right eye, but no difference is found in the rest.
