晚期囊袋人工晶状体复合体脱位的发病原因与危险因素分析

【摘要】：晚期囊袋内人工晶状体复合体脱位是白内障术后较少见的一种潜在并发症,严重影响了患者的生活质量,通常需要手术处理。人们对这种并发症越来越关注,因为近年来有数量增长的趋势。该种术后并发症可能以较长时间周期呈现。有研究显示白内障手术和脱位之间的时间间隔为10.9 a,人工晶状体脱位的累积危险度在白内障摘出术后10a、20 a和25 a分别为0.1%、0.7%和1.7%。晚期囊袋内人工晶状体脱位是白内障术后多年的进展性小带裂开的结果 ,起源复杂而因素众多。本文将就晚期囊袋内人工晶状体脱位的发病情况、可能的病因机制与危险因素进行综述。
[Abstract]:Advanced intraocular lens dislocation is a rare potential complication after cataract surgery, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and usually requires surgical treatment. There is growing concern about this complication, as there has been an increase in numbers in recent years. The postoperative complications may occur over a long period of time. Studies have shown that the interval between cataract surgery and dislocation is 10.9 a. The cumulative risk of intraocular lens dislocation is 0.1% and 1.7% at 20 and 25 years after cataract extraction, respectively. Late intracapsular intraocular lens dislocation is the result of progressive laceration after many years of cataract surgery. This article reviews the pathogenesis, possible etiological mechanism and risk factors of late intraocular lens dislocation.
