外耳道闭锁患儿鼓室段面神经管遮窗CT研究
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes of fenestration of tympanic segment facial canal in congenital atresia of external auditory meatus. Methods 23 cases of congenital atresia of external auditory meatus (atresia group) and 36 normal children (control group) were scanned with CT. The width (桅), the second bending angle (a 掳) and the length (D), of facial canal of tympanic segment were measured. The distance between the upper edge of the canal wall and the lower edge of the external semicircular canal (d / d) and the vertical distance between the lower margin of the vestibular window and the horizontal segment of the facial nerve (d / 2) were analyzed. The relationship between the measured values and the lower degree of the facial canal was analyzed. Results (1) compared with the control group, the degree a and day 2 decreased and the day 1 increased [(107.98 卤14.20) 掳, (0.64 卤0.45) mm, (1.25 卤0.32] mm, in the control group (118.43 卤11.65) 掳. (0.94 卤0.30) mm, (1.08 卤0.28 mm,P); There was no significant difference in 桅 and D values between the two groups (P0.05). (2). The degree of window shading was less than 0.4 mm: in 8 ears (17.4%, 8 / 46), among which 2 ears were less than 0 (4.3%). (2) 46); In the control group, the degree of window shading was less than 0.4 mm in 2 ears (2.8%, 2 / 72). (3). In the atresia group, a 掳, d ~ (1) and d ~ (2) were negatively correlated (r =-0.44, P = 0.49, P < 0.05), 桅, respectively. There was no significant correlation between the number of D and other deformities in the ear and d _ (2) (P 0.05). Conclusion the lower fenestration of facial canal in congenital atresia of external auditory meatus is mainly caused by the descending tympanic segment, and the increase of d 1 is an important sign.
