中医辨证联合爱丽治疗白内障术后干眼症效果观察

【摘要】：目的观察中医辨证联合爱丽治疗白内障术后干眼症患者的效果。方法将白内障术后干眼症患者92例随机分为对照组和观察组各46例,对照组给予爱丽滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中医辨证治疗,疗程均为6周,观察2组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后2组SchirmerⅠtest及BUT均较治疗前明显改善(P均0.05),且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P均0.05)。结论中医辨证联合爱丽治疗白内障术后干眼症较单纯西医治疗能明显提高临床疗效,改善SchirmerⅠtest及BUT。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Eli in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery. Methods 92 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery were randomly divided into control group (n = 46) and observation group (n = 46).
