循环长链非编码RNA AK057321在心肌梗死患者中的表达及意义初步研究

【摘要】：目的探讨长链非编码RNA AK057321(AK057321)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR(Real time PCR)检测2015年01月至2017年01月成都大学附属医院心内科收治的AMI患者(321例)及正常对照组(50名)人员血清AK057321的表达水平并分析其临床意义。结果正常人血清AK057321维持在相对较低的水平。AMI发作后0~2 h患者血清AK057321的表达水平开始升高(P0.05),AMI发作后2~6 h患者血清AK057321即可达到峰值。相关分析发现血清AK057321的表达与CK-MB和cTnⅠ呈正相关关系(CK-MB:r=0.862,P0.001,cTnⅠ:r=0.716,P0.001)。ROC曲线分析LncRNA AK057321作为预测AMI的生物标志物的特异性,结果发现曲线下面积(AUC)为0.868(95%CI 0.703-0.976,P0.001)。结论 AMI患者早期血清AK057321表达显著升高,可能是潜在的AMI早期血清标志物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the long chain noncoding RNA AK057321 (AK057321) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The expression and clinical significance of serum in patients. Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(Real time PCR was used.
