【摘要】：正1病例资料患者,男,28岁,因劳累后出现头晕、黑朦,自觉心跳慢。既往无心肌炎及其他病史;家族中无50岁前猝死者。心脏超声为肥厚型非梗阻性心肌病(HCM),以室间隔肥厚为主,最厚处为22 mm;左心房大;左室舒张功能减低。静息下12导联心电图特点(图1):窦性P波顺序出现,PP间期0.80s,心率75次/min,PR间期0.24s,Ⅰ、avL导联呈rS型,Ⅲ、aVF导联呈qR型,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、avL、V5、V6导联
