2014-2015年安徽省沿江农村地区成人高血压现况及相关因素

【摘要】：目的了解安徽省沿江农村地区成人高血压患病、知晓、治疗和控制情况并分析相关影响因素。方法于2014—2015年采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,从安徽省三个沿江代表城市池州、铜陵和马鞍山市的7个沿江乡镇抽取2873名常住成年居民进行高血压问卷调查和体格测量。结果安徽省沿江农村地区成人高血压患病率为30.7%(标化率18.4%)、知晓率50.6%(标化率29.0%)、治疗率40.4%(标化率18.7%)、控制率17.7%(标化率9.3%)。随着年龄的增长,高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率均有所提高。腹型肥胖(OR=1.855,95%CI 1.467~2.344)、有高血压家族史(OR=1.594,95%CI 1.265~2.008)以及年均家庭总收入6万元和超重/肥胖是安徽省沿江农村地区高血压患病的危险因素;女性(OR=0.734,95%CI0.604~0.891)是该地区高血压患病的保护因素。而知晓率、治疗率、控制率可能的影响因素则不尽相同。结论安徽省沿江农村地区成人高血压患病水平较高,且高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率较低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence, knowledge, treatment and control of hypertension among adults in rural areas along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province and to analyze the related factors. Results the prevalence rate of adult hypertension in rural areas along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province was 30.7 (standardized rate 18.4%, awareness rate 50.6%). The rate of treatment was 40.4 with the increase of age. Prevalence of hypertension, awareness rate, The treatment rate and control rate were improved. The risk factors of hypertension were 1.85595 CI 1.4672.344 CI and 1.59495 CI 1.2652.008), annual annual family income of 60,000 yuan and overweight / obesity in rural areas along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province. The protective factors of hypertension in this area were 0.734 / 95 CI 0.604 and 0.891.Conclusion the level of adult hypertension in rural areas along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province is higher and the awareness rate of hypertension is higher than that in rural areas along the Yangtze River, while the awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate of hypertension are not the same. Treatment rate, control rate is low.
