【摘要】：正尽管目前在心力衰竭(HF)的治疗有很大进展,然而由于HF患者的5年死亡率依旧超过50%,使其已经成为比癌症更致命的疾病~([1])。过去的10年中,干细胞移植已成为一种在急性或慢性缺血性心肌病的治疗中极有前途的方法。多种类型的干细胞已被用于临床前动物模型和人类在修复因HF损伤的心肌细胞中~([2])。本文总结了目前临床进行的围绕干细胞治疗HF的临床研究进展,包括骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)、骨髓间质
