松龄血脉康对轻度原发性高血压病人血压及糖脂代谢的影响

【摘要】：目的研究松龄血脉康胶囊对轻度原发性高血压病人血压及糖脂代谢的影响。方法 90例轻度原发性高血压病人按照数字表2∶1随机分成2组:松龄血脉康组60例,给予松龄血脉康胶囊口服(500 mg/粒,每日3次,每次3粒);氯沙坦钾组30例,给予氯沙坦钾片口服(50 mg/片,每日1次,每次1片)。疗程均为12周。结果经过12周治疗后,两组病人的血压、糖代谢指标治疗方法与治疗时间无交互作用(P0.05);松龄血脉康组病人的血脂明显改善,治疗方法与治疗时间有交互作用(P0.05)。结论松龄血脉康能显著改善轻度原发性高血压病人的血脂浓度。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of Songling Xuemaikang capsule on blood pressure and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with mild essential hypertension. Methods 90 patients with mild essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups according to digital table 2: 1: Songling Xuemaikang group (n = 60). Songling Xuemaikang capsule was given orally for #number0# mg/ tablets three times a day, 3 tablets per time, and 30 patients in losartan potassium group were given losartan potassium tablets once a day, once a day, once a day for 12 weeks. Results after 12 weeks of treatment, 30 patients in the losartan potassium group were treated with losartan potassium tablets, once a day, once a day, each time for 12 weeks, the course of treatment was 12 weeks. There was no interaction between the blood pressure, glucose metabolism index and treatment time in the two groups, and the blood lipid of the patients in the Songling Xuemaikang group was significantly improved, and the blood lipid of the patients in the Songling Xuemaikang group was significantly improved. Conclusion Songling Xuemai Kang can significantly improve blood lipid concentration in patients with mild essential hypertension.
