【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男性,61岁,体质量78 kg,体重指数26.8 kg·m~(-2)。因"发作性胸痛14年,加重2 h"入院。既往吸烟史、饮酒史40年,已戒烟、戒酒。否认高血压、脑血管疾病史,否认食物、药物过敏史。患者14年前开始出现心绞痛症状,曾入院治疗,好转后出院,院外规律服用阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg qd、酒石酸美托
[Abstract]:Clinical data of male patients were 61 years old, 78 kg body weight, 26.8 kg body mass index (BMI), 26.8 kg 路mA-1, and 2 h aggravation due to "paroxysmal chest pain for 14 years". Previous smoking history, drinking history for 40 years, smoking cessation, alcohol withdrawal, denial of hypertension, history of cerebrovascular disease, History of denial of food and drug allergy. The patient began to develop symptoms of angina pectoris 14 years ago. He was admitted to hospital for treatment and was discharged from hospital. He regularly took aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100mg QD, metotartrate 100mg QD outside hospital.
