三门峡市湖滨区高血压及其危险因素分析

【摘要】:目的本研究旨在通过调查三门峡市湖滨区居民高血压的患病情况,以掌握该区高血压危险因素的流行状况及分布特征,通过探讨高血压危险因素和患病率的关联情况,为该区高血压防治策略的制定和干预措施的实施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,抽取湖滨区18岁以上常住居民3017人作为调查对象,通过问卷调查和体格检查获取资料。应用Epi Data3.1软件建立数据库,数据双遍盲法录入,使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析,单因素分析用χ2检验,多因素分析用Logistic回归分析,α=0.05为检验水准。结果1.湖滨区人群高血压患病率28.11%,高血压前期在人群中所占比例为14.92%,高血压知晓率、治疗率及控制率分别为51.30%、66.04%和29.25%。高血压患病率男性高于女性,患病率随年龄的增加而升高,50岁之后患病率性别无差异。2.湖滨区人群吸烟率22.27%、二手烟暴露率32.71%,成功戒烟率9.82%;男性吸烟率、现在吸烟率及现在每日吸烟率分别为46.73%、41.82%和28.43%,均高于女性,且随年龄增加呈先上升后下降趋势;女性二手烟暴露率为40.45%。饮酒率20.98%,经常饮酒率8.52%,过量饮酒率2.02%;男性饮酒率、经常饮酒率及过量饮酒率分别为39.41%、17.60%和3.97%,均高于女性,且随年龄增加呈先上升后下降趋势。平均蔬菜、水果及肉类摄入量分别为296.47±150.36g、172.73±135.71g和66.96±65.36g,摄入不足比例分别为46.30%、57.84%和52.04%;口味偏咸比例为20.88%。39.28%人群有从事低强度及以下劳动,28.37%人群无交通性身体活动,59.33%人群无中等及以上强度锻炼。平均BMI为23.38±3.32 kg/m2,肥胖和超重人群共占40.40%;平均腰围为80.29±9.65cm,中心型肥胖率43.09%。糖尿病患病率11.73%,性别无差异,糖尿病患病率随年龄增加而上升。3.多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,湖滨区人群高血压危险因素主要包括:家族史、性别、年龄、饮食口味、交通性身体活动、BMI、中心型肥胖和糖尿病。结论1.湖滨区人群高血压患病率较高,高血压前期所占比例较大,高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率相对不高。2.湖滨区人群烟草危害比例大,男性吸烟率较高,女性受二手烟危害严重;人群蔬菜、水果及肉类摄入不足情况明显;人群身体活动率相对较低;人群肥胖和超重比例较高,中心型肥胖率较高;人群糖尿病患病率较高。3.湖滨区人群的高血压危险因素主要包括:有家族史、男性、中老年、饮食口味偏咸、无交通性身体活动、BMI肥胖和超重、中心型肥胖和糖尿病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and distribution of hypertension risk factors in Hubin District of Sanmenxia City, and to explore the correlation between hypertension risk factors and prevalence rate. Methods 3017 residents aged over 18 years old in lakeside area were selected by multi-stage random sampling to provide scientific basis for the formulation of hypertension prevention and treatment strategy and the implementation of intervention measures. The data were obtained by questionnaire and physical examination. The database was established by Epi Data3.1 software, the data was inputted by double blind method, the statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS17.0 software, and the 蠂 2 test was used for univariate analysis. Multivariate analysis using Logistic regression analysis, 伪 0. 05 was the test level. Results 1. The prevalence rate of hypertension in lakeside population was 28.11, the proportion of prehypertension was 14.92%, and the awareness rate of hypertension was 14.92%. 2. The rates of treatment and control were 51.30% and 29.25% respectively. The prevalence of hypertension in males was higher than that in females. The prevalence rate increased with the increase of age. 2. The smoking rate, secondhand smoke exposure rate, smoking cessation rate and male smoking rate were 22.27, 32.71, 9.82, 9.82%, 9.82%, 9.82%, 9.82% and 9.82%, respectively. The current smoking rate and the current daily smoking rate were 46.73% and 28.43%, respectively, which were higher than those of women, and increased first and then decreased with the increase of age, and the rate of exposure to second-hand smoke in women was 40.45.The drinking rate was 20.98%, the regular drinking rate was 8.52%, and the excessive drinking rate was 2.02%; the male drinking rate was, The rates of frequent drinking and excessive drinking were 39.41% and 3.97%, respectively, which were higher than those of women, and increased first and then decreased with the increase of age. The intake of fruit and meat were 296.47 卤150.36g / L 172.73 卤135.71g and 66.96 卤65.36g, respectively, and the inadequate intake rates were 46.303057.84% and 52.04g respectively, and the proportion of salty taste was 20.88.39.28% of the population had low intensity labor and 28.37% people had no traffic physical activity. 59.33% people had no moderate or above intensity forging. The average BMI was 23.38 卤3.32 kg 路m ~ (2), the total proportion of obesity and overweight was 40.40, the average waist circumference was 80.29 卤9.65 cm, the rate of central obesity was 43.09. The prevalence of diabetes was 11.733.There was no difference in sex. The prevalence of diabetes increased with age. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of hypertension in lakeside population included family history, sex, age, diet taste, family history, age and taste. BMI, central obesity and diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: 1. The prevalence of hypertension is higher, the proportion of prehypertension is larger, the awareness rate of hypertension is higher in lakeside population. 2. The treatment rate and control rate are relatively low. 2. The proportion of tobacco hazards is large in the lakeside population, the male smoking rate is higher, the female is seriously affected by second-hand smoke, the intake of vegetables, fruits and meat is obvious, and the body activity rate of the population is relatively low. The prevalence of diabetes was higher. 3. The risk factors of hypertension in lakeside population mainly included: family history, male, middle and old age, salty diet. Non-communicating physical activity has a BMI of obesity and overweight, central obesity and diabetes.
