益心舒胶囊对经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者生活质量和焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

【摘要】：目的:调查冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后患者的生活质量和焦虑抑郁情绪,以及益心舒胶囊对其的影响。方法:选取南阳市中心医院2014年1月—2015年8月行PCI术的患者共1 367例。根据抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS),共发现PCI术后合并焦虑患者287例,抑郁患者256例,合并焦虑及抑郁患者183例。将合并焦虑及抑郁的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组接受常规治疗药物,治疗组在其基础上应用益心舒胶囊。观察其对患者的生活质量和焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响以及不良反应发生情况。结果:2组患者基线情况无显著差异,治疗前生活质量及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、抑郁量表(HRSD)评分无统计学差异。治疗1个月后,治疗组生活质量评分与对照组相比有显著差异(P0.05),HAMA和HRSD评分均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗3个月后,治疗组生活质量、HAMA和HRSD评分与对照组相比有显著差异(P0.01)。结论:PCI术后,焦虑、抑郁的发生率较高,联合应用益心舒胶囊可显著改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of life and anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: a total of 1 367 patients underwent PCI from January 2014 to August 2015 in Nanyang Central Hospital. According to self rating Depression scale (SDS) and self rating anxiety scale (SAS), 287 patients with anxiety after PCI operation were found. 256 patients with depression and 183 patients with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Yixinshu capsule on the basis of which the quality of life and anxiety, the influence of depression and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. There was no significant difference in quality of life (QOL), Hamilton anxiety scale (Hama) and depression scale (HRSD) before treatment. The scores of quality of life (QOL) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05) and the scores of Hama and HRSD in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the scores of Hama and HRSD in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P 0.01). The incidence of depression is high. The combination of Yixinshu capsule can significantly improve the anxiety, depression and quality of life.
