ABO血型与急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死的相关性分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨中国人群中ABO血型与急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)的相关性。方法:回顾性分析北京安贞医院2013-01至2014-12收治入院的1 039例NSTEMI患者(病例组)和经冠状动脉(冠脉)造影证实冠脉正常的1 039例患者(对照组)的ABO血型的临床资料。观察记录研究对象的临床资料,包括年龄既往病史及ABO血型等。采用Logistic回归模型进行单因素及多因素分析。结果 :在病例组和对照组中:A血型287例(27.6%)和259例(24.9%),B血型345例(33.3%)和356例(34.3%)AB血型102例(9.8%)和114例(11.0%),O血型305例(29.4%)和310例(29.8%),两组ABO血型分布差异无统计学意义。按A血型与非A血型、B血型与非B血型、AB血型与非AB血型和O血型与非O血型分析,在两组间分布差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,在调整年龄、性别、高血压病、糖尿病、高脂血症脑血管疾病和吸烟等心肌梗死危险因素后,模型显示A、B及AB血型者罹患NSTEMI的风险与O血型者相似;A、B AB及O血型与NSTEMI的发生均没有相关性。结论:ABO血型与NSTEMI的发生无关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between ABO blood group and acute non-St segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) in Chinese population. Methods: the clinical data of 1 039 patients with NSTEMI (case group) and 1 039 patients (control group) with normal coronary artery confirmed by coronary angiography from January 2013 to December 2014-12 in Beijing Anzhen Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. To observe and record the clinical data of the subjects, including age history and ABO blood group. Single factor and multi-factor analysis were carried out by Logistic regression model. Results: in the case group and control group, 287 cases (27.6B), 259 cases (24.9%) and 33.3% (345 cases) and 356 cases (34.4%), and 114 cases (11.0g) 305 cases (29.4) and 310 cases (29.8B), there was no significant difference in the distribution of ABO blood groups between the two groups. According to the analysis of A blood group and non A blood group, B blood group and non B blood group, AB blood group and non AB blood group and O blood group and non O blood group, there was no significant difference in distribution between the two groups (P 0.05). After adjusting for age, sex, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, cerebrovascular disease and smoking, the risk factors for myocardial infarction were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. The model showed that the risk of NSTEMI was similar to that of O blood group. There was no correlation between NSTEMI and NSTEMI. Conclusion there is no correlation between the blood type of NSTEMI and the blood group of: ABO.
