灯盏生脉胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗高龄不稳定型心绞痛患者疗效分析

【摘要】：目的研究灯盏生脉胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛高龄患者的临床疗效,探讨对心电图、心功能、炎性因子(超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6、降钙素)表达水平的影响。方法选择收入院治疗的高龄不稳定型心绞痛患者106例,随机分为对照组(给予常规治疗+阿托伐他汀治疗)和联合组(给予常规治疗+阿托伐他汀+灯盏生脉胶囊),各53例。两组均给予2个月治疗。监测治疗前后心电图、心功能、血管炎性因子水平,比较两组患者疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者心电图及心功能指标均有改善,联合组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),两组患者炎性因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、降钙素(procalcitonin,PCT)水平均明显下降,联合组比对照组下降显著,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);联合组与对照组患者服用药物后均有不良反应发生,联合组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论灯盏生脉胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗高龄不稳定型心绞痛患者临床疗效好,有效改善患者心电图及心功能,降低患者体内炎症因子,不良反应的发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of Erigeron Shengmai capsule combined with Atto vastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in elderly patients, and to explore the effects on electrocardiogram, cardiac function and inflammatory factor (hypersensitive C-reactive protein). Effect of interleukin 6 (calcitonin) expression. Methods 106 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris who were admitted to hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (treated with conventional Atto vastatin) and the combined group (53 cases each) treated with Atto vastatin Dengshengsheng capsule. Both groups were treated for 2 months. Electrocardiogram, cardiac function and vasculitis factor levels were monitored before and after treatment. Results after treatment, electrocardiogram and cardiac function were improved in both groups, and the combined group was superior to the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, procalcitonin PCT in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the levels of Hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group. There were significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the control group after taking the drugs, the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Breviscapine Shengmai capsule combined with Atto vastatin is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris. It can effectively improve the ECG and cardiac function of the patients and reduce the inflammatory factors in the patients. The incidence of adverse reactions is low. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
