国内公共场所应急医疗服务设计策略及应用

【摘要】:本论文主要是为国内以AED(Automated External Defibrillator)——自动体外除颤器为核心设备的公共场所应急医疗提供服务设计,是在现有公共场所应急医疗产品AED的基础上,为使救助者更顺利地救助心脏骤停病人而提出的一套实验性的服务设计策略方案,并设计了具有相应功能的基于手持移动设备的应用。这套方案主要解决在公共场所中,病人突发心脏骤停疾病时,“第一反应人”,即第一救助者快速获得AED设备并顺利对病人进行施救这一问题。另外本应用还担负着普及应急医疗知识、提高民众急救意识和技能的社会责任,因此这部分功能亦包含在产品设计中。论文通过对国内外公共场所AED应急医疗服务设计、AED设备普及程度以及国民急救意识的研究,寻找国内AED服务设计领域的空白点进行设计,基于情境构建设计方法构建出两个使用情境,由此产出实验性的服务设计策略,并对所设计的手机应用进行可用性测试,为优化产品提供现实依据和数据支持。论文分为六个部分。第一部分为绪论,介绍设计背景、设计动机、设计目的和意义、设计范围和限制、设计方法和流程。第二部分为公共场所AED应急医疗服务的研究,包括AED救助的疾病——心脏骤停的描述,AED设备、相关产品和服务在国内外的现状研究;服务设计以及公共场所应急医疗服务设计的概况。第三章为设计要素分析,着重分析了需求要素、服务和产品要素。第四章为基于情境构建设计法的模型构建,研究了情境的要素和情境模型的构建。第五章为实验部分,介绍了实验背景、方法、过程、数据分析和实验结论。第六章为研究总结。
[Abstract]:This thesis is mainly to provide service design for emergency medical treatment in public places with AED(Automated External Defibrillator-automatic external defibrillator as the core equipment. It is based on the existing emergency medical product AED in public places. This paper proposes a set of experimental service design strategies for rescuers to help patients with cardiac arrest more smoothly, and designs an application based on handheld mobile devices with corresponding functions. This scheme mainly solves the problem of "first responder", that is, the first rescuer, who acquires the AED equipment quickly when the patient is suffering from sudden cardiac arrest in public places, and carries on the rescue to the patient successfully. In addition, this application is also responsible for popularizing the knowledge of emergency medical treatment and improving people's awareness and skills of first aid, so this part of the function is also included in the product design. Based on the research on the popularity of AED equipment and the consciousness of national first aid in the design of AED emergency medical service in public places at home and abroad, this paper looks for the blank spots in the field of AED service design in China. Based on the situational design method, two usage scenarios are constructed to produce the experimental service design strategy, and the usability test of the mobile phone application is carried out, which provides practical basis and data support for the optimization of the product. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the design background, design motivation, design purpose and significance, design scope and limitations, design methods and processes. The second part is the research of the emergency medical service of AED in public places, including the description of the disease of AED relief-cardiac arrest, the current situation of the related products and services at home and abroad; Service design and public emergency medical service design overview. The third chapter is the analysis of design elements, focusing on demand factors, services and product elements. The fourth chapter studies the elements of situation and the construction of situational model. The fifth chapter is the experimental part, which introduces the background, method, process, data analysis and experimental conclusion. The sixth chapter is the summary of the research.
