益心舒胶囊对经皮冠状动脉介入术后高龄患者血管功能和生活质量的影响

【摘要】：目的了解高龄患者PCI术后患者生活质量和焦虑抑郁情绪情况;探讨益心舒胶囊对经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后高龄患者血管功能和生活质量的影响,评价益心舒胶囊对PCI术后患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和生活质量改善的有效性和安全性。方法前瞻性收集PCI术后高龄患者80例,将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例,所有患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,研究组给予益心舒胶囊口服。主要观察指标:心血管不良事件(再发胸痛、再发心梗、再次血运重建和死亡)、射血分数(LVEF)、健康相关生存质量(SF-36)、焦虑自我评分(SAS)及抑郁自我评分(SDS)。结果两组患者心血管不良事件发生率无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前两组患者射血分数、SAS和SDS等差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后12月时研究组射血分数显著高于对照组(0.60±0.08 vs.0.55±0.09,P=0.013);治疗后12月时研究组患者健康相关生存质量(SF-36)显著高于对照组(70.45±8.83vs.66.00±7.92,P=0.020);SAS评分显著降低(32.87±6.90 vs.41.07±8.32,P=0.000);SDS 评分显著降低(32.32±6.65 vs.38.02±11.07,P=0.021)。结论PCI术后高龄患者广泛存在焦虑抑郁症状,在临床应用中,早发现、早治疗将有助于患者避免焦虑抑郁情绪的影响,改善患者的生活质量;益心舒胶囊能有效地改善PCI术后高龄患者的症状,有利于减轻他们的心理压力,减少或消除焦虑抑郁情绪,有助于改善PCI术后高龄患者血管功能、生活质量和心理健康状况,目前无严重不良反应,是一个安全有效的药物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Yixinshu capsule on vascular function and quality of life after percutaneous coronary intervention in elderly patients with PCI. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yixinshu capsule in improving anxiety, depression and quality of life after PCI. Methods 80 elderly patients after PCI were randomly divided into study group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). All patients were given routine therapy. On this basis, the study group was given Yixinshu capsule orally. Main outcome measures: adverse cardiovascular events (recurrent chest pain, recurrent myocardial infarction, re-revascularization and death, ejection fraction, health-related quality of life (SF-36), anxiety self-score (SAS) and depression self-score (SDS). Results there was no significant difference in the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in ejection fraction SAS and SDS between the two groups before treatment (P 0.05). At 12 months after treatment, the ejection fraction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (0.60 卤0.08 vs.0.55 卤0.09 vs.0.55 卤0.013) and the health-related quality of life (SF-36) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.45 卤7.92 vs.41.07 卤7.92 vs.41.07 卤8.32 卤6.90 vs.41.07 卤8.32 卤6.65 vs.38.02 卤11.07P0.021). Conclusion the symptoms of anxiety and depression exist widely in the elderly patients after PCI. In clinical application, early treatment will help the patients avoid the influence of anxiety and depression and improve their quality of life. Yixinshu capsule can effectively improve the symptoms of the elderly patients after PCI, reduce their psychological pressure, reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, and help to improve the vascular function, quality of life and mental health status of the elderly patients after PCI. At present, there is no serious adverse reaction, is a safe and effective drug.
