[Abstract]:Radiofrequency ablation of the renal artery ablation (RF-ABL) has been shown to lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients who have been treated with antihypertensive drugs. However, there are still many questions about how RF-ABL can influence blood pressure independently of drug therapy, and whether it is necessary to remove renal nerves completely to minimize blood pressure. In order to clarify these problems, the cardiovascular and sympathetic responses of spontaneous hypertensive ratsSHRs to proximal renal artery RF-ABL in spontaneously hypertensive rats were detected.
