基于MSP430的心音电子听诊系统设计

【摘要】:心脏病一直是危害人类自身健康的头号大敌,目前临床上心音的听诊是预防此类疾病的重要手段。健康是生命之本,体检是早期发现这些疾病的有效措施,因而每一阶段的健康体检就成为预防此类疾病的手段。现如今医院还没有针对心音的完备诊断体系;传统心音听诊在临床听诊教学中,效率低下且加重病者痛苦;长时间听诊会造成医生疲劳,而且由于每个医生的主观因素存在,可能造成误判断;传统的心音听诊不能实时显示波形图,也不能多人听诊。因此人们对心音听诊要求越来越高,更加迅速、准确和方便的听诊成为了研究主流。针对这些不足,本论文分为四部分来研究,第一部分是对心音的采集,通过放大滤波电路将人体的生物信号转化成电信号。第二部分是将模拟量数字化,本论文使用MSP430F149自带的AD转换,操作方便。第三部分主要是传输数字信号,本论文使用WI-FI模块RM04将数据无线传送给上位机。第四部分是网站设计,上位机将接收到的数字信号通过软件编程转换成心音图,更加直观,同时用户可以通过智能手机或者个人电脑访问服务器来了解自身的健康情况。本论文研究解决了心音不能同时听诊,听诊同时不能显示心音图的问题,用户可以通过网络访问服务器的方式获知自身健康情况,本设计简化了体检流程,优化了医院资源。实验结果表明,硬件滤波后第一第二音心音明显,上位机可以显示心音波形,用户可以访问网站获知信息,系统工作稳定,达到了设计预期,有一定的市场前景。
[Abstract]:Heart disease has always been the number one enemy of human health. At present, auscultation of heart sounds is an important means to prevent this disease. Health is the foundation of life and physical examination is an effective measure to detect these diseases early. Nowadays, hospitals do not have a complete diagnostic system for heart sounds; in clinical auscultation teaching, traditional heart-tone auscultation is inefficient and increases the suffering of the seriously ill; prolonged auscultation can cause doctors' fatigue, and because of the subjective factors of each doctor, Traditional heart-tone auscultation can not display waveforms in real time, nor can multiplayer auscultation. Therefore, people have higher and higher requirements for cardiac sound auscultation, more rapid, accurate and convenient auscultation has become the mainstream of research. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the acquisition of heart sound, which converts the biological signal of human body into electrical signal by amplifying and filtering circuit. The second part is to digitize the analog quantity. This paper uses AD conversion of MSP430F149, which is easy to operate. The third part is to transmit digital signal. This paper uses WI-FI module RM04 to transmit data wirelessly to the host computer. The fourth part is the website design, the host computer will receive the digital signal through the software programming to convert into the heart sound chart, at the same time, the user can access the server through the smart phone or the personal computer to understand own health condition. This paper solves the problem that heart sounds can not be auscultation at the same time, auscultation can not display heart sounds at the same time, users can access the server through the network to know their own health situation. This design simplifies the process of physical examination and optimizes hospital resources. The experimental results show that the first and second tone heart sound is obvious after the hardware filtering, the upper computer can display the heart sound waveform, the user can visit the website to get the information, the system works stably, achieves the design expectation, and has a certain market prospect.
