乙醛脱氢酶2基因rs671多态性和新疆汉族人群原发性高血压的关联性研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨ALDH2基因rs671多态性在新疆地区汉族人群原发性高血压(Essential hypertension)发病中的作用。方法:应用Taqman技术检测了474例汉族EH患者和358例正常血压者ALDH2基因rs671多态性。结果:(1)在男性人群,饮酒组rs671的GA+AA基因型频率和A等位基因频率均明显低于男性不饮酒组(P0.001);(2)在男性人群EH组rs671的GA+AA基因型频率和A等位基因频率均明显低于对照组(P=0.006和P=0.007),而在女性人群EH组和对照组rs671的3种基因型频率和等位基因频率的分布差异无统计学意义(P=0.202和P=0.108);(3)非条件logistic回归分析平衡年龄、体重指数、糖尿病史、饮酒史等影响因素后,在男性人群rs671的GA+AA基因型者患EH的风险明显低于GG基因型者(OR=0.656, 95%CI:0.448-0.962, P=0.031)。(4)在男性饮酒者中,GA+AA基因型者收缩压水平明显低GG型者(P=0.021),而在男性不饮酒者和女性人群中,GA+AA基因型者和GG基因型者血压水平的差异无统计学意义。结论:ALDH2基因rs671多态性可能和新疆汉族男性人群EH的发生相关,rs671的GA+AA基因型可能是汉族男性人群EH的一个保护因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of ALDH2 gene rs671 polymorphism in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension in Xinjiang Han population. Methods: ALDH2 gene rs671 polymorphism was detected by Taqman technique in 474 EH patients of Han nationality and 358 normal blood pressure subjects. It turns out that in the male population, GA-AA genotype frequency and A allele frequency of rs671 in drinking group were significantly lower than those in non-drinking male group (P0.001). The frequency of GA AA genotype and A allele in rs671 in male EH group were significantly lower than those in control group P0.006 and P0. 007, but in female, they were significantly lower in EH group than in control group (P 0. 006 and P 0. 007). There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotype frequency and allele frequency of rs671 between EH group and control group. There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotype frequency and allele frequency between EH group and control group (P < 0. 202 and P < 0. 108). Body mass index (BMI), history of diabetes, history of alcohol consumption and other factors, The risk of EH in men with GA AA genotype of rs671 was significantly lower than that of those with GG genotype OR0.656, 95 CI: 0.448-0.962, P0. 031 1, P0. 4) in male drinkers, the systolic blood pressure level of GG AA genotype was significantly lower than that of GG genotype AA genotype, while in male drinkers and female population, GA-AA genotype had significantly lower systolic blood pressure level, while in male non-drinkers and female population, GA-AA genotype had significantly lower systolic blood pressure. There was no significant difference in blood pressure between AA genotype and GG genotype. Conclusion the rs671 polymorphism of the 1: ALDH2 gene may be associated with the occurrence of EH in Xinjiang Han population, and the GA AA genotype of rs671 may be a protective factor for EH in Han Chinese.
