B淋巴细胞刺激因子在B细胞来源恶性血液病中异常表达及其临床意义

【摘要】：目的:探讨B细胞来源恶性血液病中B细胞刺激因子(BLyS)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:自2015年3月至2016年7月我院共收入初次确诊为B细胞来源恶性血液病患者57例,其中包括多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者17例,B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)患者40例,另有30名身体健康的志愿者作为对照组,分别记为A、B、C组。利用ELISA试剂盒测定各组患者外周血BLyS水平,化疗后再次测定并进行比较。结果:B细胞来源的恶性肿瘤患者体内的BLyS水平较正常人明显增高(P0.05),化疗后所有患者体内的BLyS水平均显著降低(P0.05)。DLBCL、FL患者外周血BLyS水平明显高于其它类型的B-NHL(P0.05),Ⅲ-Ⅳ期B-NHL患者外周血BLyS水平明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期B-NHL患者(P0.05)。结论:B细胞来源恶性血液病中BLyS表达显著升高,且在不同组织学类型和不同分期的B-NHL患者体内表达水平不同,提示临床上通过检测患者体内BLyS表达水平,对B细胞来源恶性血液病的诊断、病情严重程度分期及治疗具有一定指导意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of B cell stimulating factor (BLyS) and its clinical significance in malignant hematological diseases derived from B cells. Methods: from March 2015 to July 2016, a total of 57 patients with B-cell malignant hematologic diseases, including 17 patients with multiple myeloma (MM) and 17 patients with B cell non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma (B-NHL), were enrolled in our hospital. Another 30 healthy volunteers served as control group, respectively. The level of BLyS in peripheral blood of patients in each group was determined by Elisa kit. Results the BLyS level in the patients with malignant tumor from B cell line was significantly higher than that in the normal controls.
