小型猪动脉粥样硬化模型中饲料配方的探讨

【摘要】:目的:探讨本实验中高脂饲料对血脂的影响及饲料组分的具体作用。方法:将55只巴马小型猪分为两组,正常组5只,手术组50只。正常组予基础饲料喂饲,手术组予高脂喂饲,实验周期为48周。手术组于第2周行冠状动脉机械损伤术,各组于第24、28、36、48周分别测定血脂水平变化。结果:因手术组分为模型组和药物干预组,故仅对正常组和模型组进行统计,以便观察高脂喂饲对血脂的影响。第24、28、36、48周时,模型组TC、TG、LDL-C、ox-LDL水平明显高于正常组,统计学差异显著(P0.01);模型组HDL-C水平在第24周明显高于正常组,统计学差异显著(P0.01);随后逐渐呈下降趋势但仍高于正常组,在28、36周时两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01,P0.05),48周时两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:本实验采用的高脂饲料能够在短时间内造成小型猪的高脂血症,促进冠状动脉粥样硬化的形成。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of high-fat diet on blood lipid and the specific effect of feed components in this experiment. Methods: 55 Bama miniature pigs were divided into two groups: normal group (n = 5) and operation group (n = 50). The normal group was fed with basic feed and the operation group with high fat. The experimental period was 48 weeks. The patients in the operation group were treated with mechanical coronary artery injury at the 2nd week, and the blood lipid levels were measured in each group at 24 ~ 2836 ~ 48 weeks. Results: the operation group was divided into model group and drug intervention group, so only the normal group and the model group were statistically analyzed in order to observe the effect of hyperlipidemia on blood lipid. The level of LDL-Cnox-LDL in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P0.01), the HDL-C level in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group at the 24th week (P0.01), the level of HDL-C in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P0.01), and the level of HDL-C in the model group decreased gradually but was still higher than that in the normal group (P0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups at the 36-week period (P0.01P05) and at the 48th week (P0.05). Conclusion: the high fat diet can cause hyperlipidemia in miniature pigs and promote the formation of coronary atherosclerosis in short time.
