[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the incidence and quality of life of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods: from September 2014 to June 2016, 100 hospitalized patients with atrial fibrillation (AF group) and 100 healthy subjects were selected as control group. Hamilton anxiety / Depression scale (HAMA/HAMD) and brief Health Test scale (SF-36) were used to evaluate the two groups. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results: there were 42 patients with anxiety or depression in atrial fibrillation group, including 21 patients with anxiety, 14 patients with depression, 7 patients with anxiety and depression, 7 patients with anxiety or depression in the control group, including 6 patients with anxiety and 1 patient with depression and no anxiety combined with depression. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Atrial fibrillation group quality of life related score was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was significant difference between anxiety / depression and non-anxiety / depression in AF group (P0.05). Conclusion: the patients with atrial fibrillation have low quality of life score, high incidence of anxiety or depression, and the more serious the anxiety and depression, the lower the quality of life score.
