右侧腰腹部局限性并海绵状淋巴管畸形1例

【摘要】：患者女,34岁。右腰腹部肿块27年,水疱、血疱16年,疼痛2个月。皮损组织病理示:真皮全层及皮下可见较多管腔,内衬一层扁平的内皮细胞。免疫组化:D2-40+。诊断:右侧腰腹部局限性并海绵状淋巴管畸形。
[Abstract]:The patient was 34 years old. Right waist abdominal mass 27 years, blister, blood blister 16 years, pain 2 months. Histopathology of the lesions showed that more lumens could be seen in the whole dermis and subcutaneously, with a flat endothelial cell lining. Immunohistochemistry: D2-40. Diagnosis: localized right lumbar abdomen with cavernous lymphatic malformation.
