[Abstract]:The wild-type p53 induced phosphatase 1 (wild-type p53-induced phosphatase 1 + Wip1) was first discovered by positive Fiscella et al ~ ([1]) by 纬-ray or UV-ray induction, and the expression of Wip1 was confirmed to be dependent on p53. The gene that encodes Wip1 protein, called PPM1D, is located on human chromosome 17q23 and on mouse chromosome 11, where PPM1D encodes mRNA in many organs, including testis and testes.
