【摘要】：正1临床资料男性患者,41岁,因"突发胸痛4 h",于2016-09-20入我院急诊科。入院前4 h无诱因突发胸骨后压榨样疼痛,向后背放射,伴恶心、大汗、面色苍白,持续不能缓解。入院查体:体温36.5℃,呼吸18次/min,血压90/50 mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),脉搏61次/min,双侧桡、股、足背动脉搏动对称,双肺呼吸音清,未及Up音,心界不大,心率61
