Wellens综合征一例报道并文献复习

【摘要】：Wellens综合征是一组以心电图T波对称性深倒置或正负双向性改变或演变为主,通常不伴ST-T改变的高危不稳定型心绞痛。Wellens综合征典型表现为胸痛发作时心电图正常,在胸痛缓解期间,心电图V_2~V_5导联T波呈对称性倒置或正负双向性改变,极易导致漏诊、误诊。
[Abstract]:Wellens syndrome is a group of high risk unstable angina pectoris, which is characterized by deep inversion of T wave symmetry or positive or negative bidirectional changes or evolution, usually without ST-T changes. The typical manifestation of high risk angina pectoris is normal electrocardiogram (ECG) during chest pain attack. During the relief of chest pain, T wave of V_2~V_5 leads to symmetry inversion or positive or negative bidirectional changes, which can easily lead to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
