富氢水对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

【摘要】:缺血再灌注损伤在临床上的发病率极高,而心肌缺血再灌注损伤则尤为凶险。许多学者对于其损伤机制和缺血再灌注后心肌保护研究尤为青睐。分子氢作为一种抗氧化剂,在过去的几年里被报道可以预防和改善相关的疾病。富氢水是一种含氢溶液,可通过很多途径对缺血再灌注导致的损伤起到保护作用。本文就富氢水对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用作一综述。
[Abstract]:The incidence of ischemia reperfusion injury is very high, and myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury is especially dangerous. Many scholars are particularly interested in the mechanism of injury and myocardial protection after ischemia-reperfusion. Molecular hydrogen as an antioxidant has been reported in the past few years to prevent and improve related diseases. Hydrogen-rich water is a hydrogen-containing solution that can protect against ischemia-reperfusion injury in many ways. This article reviews the protective effects of hydrogen-rich water on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
