新活素对老年急性失代偿期心力衰竭患者心功能及尿量的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨新活素对老年急性失代偿期心力衰竭患者心功能及尿量的改善作用。方法选择急性失代偿期心力衰竭治疗的患者110例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组加用新活素治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后心功能指标变化及24 h尿量。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的心率(HR)、QT间期离散度(QTcd)明显下降,左室射血分数(LVEF)明显提高(P0.05);与对照组治疗后相比,观察组治疗后的HR、QTcd明显下降,LVEF明显提高(P0.05);与对照组相比,观察组24 h入量无统计学差异,但24 h尿量明显增高(P0.05)。结论新活素可以显著改善急性心力衰竭患者的心功能,并有利于尿量的排泄。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of neovasin on cardiac function and urine volume in elderly patients with acute decompensated heart failure. Methods 110 patients with acute decompensated heart failure were randomly divided into observation group (n = 55) and control group (n = 55). The changes of cardiac function and 24 h urine volume before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results compared with before treatment, the heart rate (HR), QT interval (QTcd) decreased significantly and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) increased significantly after treatment (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group after treatment HR,QTcd significantly decreased, LVEF significantly increased (P0.05); compared with the control group, the observation group 24 h volume of no statistical difference, but 24 h urine volume significantly increased (P0.05). Conclusion neovasin can significantly improve cardiac function and urine excretion in patients with acute heart failure.
