【摘要】：正患者男,52岁,因"胸闷,呼吸困难1个月,再发加重1周"于2017年3月8日入院。患者于1个月前"感冒"后出现胸闷、轻微活动后感气促,呼吸困难,不伴咳嗽、咳痰,胸痛,晕厥等不适。入院诊断为扩张型心肌病,窦性心律,心功能Ⅱ级。入院后动态心电图(Holter)示:窦性心律,完全性左束支传导阻滞,60次/min及130次/min的PR间期分别为220 ms及180 ms,QRS波时限为158 ms。胸片示:心外形重
