老年高血压患者血清钙结合蛋白复合物的影响因素及其与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨老年高血压患者血清钙结合蛋白复合物S100A8/A9的表达水平及其影响因素,分析其与颈动脉粥样硬化之间的关系。方法选取90例老年高血压患者为高血压组,同时期50名健康体检者为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清S100A8/A9水平,同时所有受试者清晨空腹检测白细胞(WBC)计数、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血糖(FBG)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c),应用彩色多普勒超声检查仪测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),分析不同分组中S100A8/A9水平与其他临床指标的相关性,采用Logistic回归分析S100A8/A9水平和IMT的影响因素。结果高血压组hs-CRP、UA、IMT、S100A8/A9显著高于对照组(P0.05或0.01);相关分析表明,S100A8/A9表达水平分别与WBC(r=0.236,P=0.047)、hs-CRP(r=0.325,P=0.001)、UA(r=0.182,P=0.035)、IMT(r=0.984,P=0.000)呈正相关。随着血压水平的增高,IMT逐步增加,S100A8/A9水平明显升高(P0.05或0.01)。IMT增厚组血清S100A8/A9水平较正常组明显增高(P0.05),IMT斑块组血清S100A8/A9水平明显高于IMT正常组和IMT增厚组(P0.05);Logistic回归分析显示hs-CRP、UA、IMT是血清S100A8/A9水平的影响因素。IMT的影响因素有年龄、hs-CRP、TC、UA、S100A8/A9。结论血清钙结合蛋白复合物S100A8/A9水平与高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化密切相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of serum calcium binding protein complex (S100A8/A9) and its influencing factors in elderly patients with hypertension, and to analyze its relationship with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 90 elderly patients with hypertension were selected as hypertension group and 50 healthy persons as control group. Serum S100A8/A9 levels were detected by Elisa (ELISA). At the same time, the white blood cell (WBC) count, Gao Min C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), blood glucose, (FBG), uric acid, (UA), total cholesterol, (TC), triglyceride (TG), were measured on an empty stomach in all subjects in the morning. High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb A1c) and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT),) were measured by color Doppler ultrasound. The correlation between S100A8/A9 level and other clinical indexes in different groups was analyzed. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the S100A8/A9 level and the influencing factors of IMT. Results hs-CRP,UA,IMT,S100A8/A9 in hypertension group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05 or 0.01). Correlation analysis showed that the expression level of S100A8/A9 was positively correlated with WBC (0.236 P0. 047) and hs-CRP (0. 325), UA (, 0. 182), UA (, 0. 984), IMT (P0. 000). With the increase of blood pressure, the level of IMT and S100A8/A9 increased gradually (P0.05 or 0.01). IMT thickening group) compared with the normal group (P0.05), the serum S100A8/A9 level in the thickened group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P0.05). The level of serum S100A8/A9 in IMT plaque group was significantly higher than that in normal IMT group and IMT thickening group (P0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that hs-CRP,UA,IMT was the influential factor of serum S100A8/A9 level. The influencing factors of IMT were age, hs-CRP,TC,UA,S100A8/A9.. Conclusion the level of serum calcium binding protein complex (S100A8/A9) is closely related to carotid atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension.
