罗布麻茶水提物对自发性高血压大鼠血压的调节作用

【摘要】:目的:研究罗布麻茶水提物对自发性高血压大鼠(Spontaneous hypertension rat,SHR)血压的调节规律以及降压时相的出现与其它生理指标变化的关系。方法:以SHR为实验动物,每天灌胃1次受试物,每周1次采用尾套法连续测试灌胃后8~10 h内的收缩压及心率,6周后测试降压时相的体质量、尿量及尿钠、尿钾的分泌以及血脂含量。结果:与阴性对照组相比,灌胃罗布麻茶水提物后SHR收缩压(SBP)先升高后下降,这种现象在连续灌胃3周后明显,而心率无显著的规律性变化;稳定的降压时相(8 h左右)在连续灌胃3周后出现,最大降幅达16 mm Hg;降压时相SHR的体质量及血脂无显著变化(P≥0.05),尿量及尿钠、尿钾的分泌显著增加(P0.05)。结论 :罗布麻茶水提物对SHR收缩压具有先升高后下降的双向调节作用,然而起效慢,降压时相的出现可能与其利尿及利钠、利钾作用有关。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the regulation of (Spontaneous hypertension rat,SHR blood pressure and the relationship between the appearance of hypotensive phase and the changes of other physiological indexes. Methods: the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and heart rate (HR) of SHR were measured once a day, once a week, and 6 weeks later, the volume of body mass, urine volume and urine sodium were measured. Urinary potassium secretion and blood lipid content. Results: compared with the negative control group, SHR systolic pressure (SBP) increased at first and then decreased after the tea extract of Apocynum gavicum. This phenomenon was obvious after 3 weeks of continuous gastric perfusion, but there was no significant regular change of heart rate. Stable hypotensive phase (about 8 h) appeared after 3 weeks of continuous gastric perfusion, with a maximum decrease of 16 mm Hg;. There was no significant change in body mass and blood lipid of SHR at hypotensive phase (P > 0. 05), but urine volume, urine sodium and urinary potassium secretion were significantly increased (P0.05). Conclusion: Apocynum tea extract has a bidirectional regulating effect on systolic blood pressure of SHR, but its effect is slow. The phase of depressor phase may be related to its diuretic, natriuretic and potassium effects.
