心肌细胞钙信号与心血管疾病研究进展

【摘要】:正Ca~(2+)作为一种最广泛而又最重要的细胞内第二信使参与了各种细胞的病理生理过程。在心肌细胞的收缩、舒张过程中,每一次的兴奋一收缩耦联都伴随着细胞内Ca2+浓度改变,这种浓度变化的时间及空间效应形成了心肌细胞内的钙信号。由于Ca~(2+)在生物体内具有十分重要的地位及作用,钙信号的调节机制是非常复杂的,钙信号与心血管疾病密切相关。1钙信号的基本特征钙信号有多种表现形式,如钙火花、钙瞬变、钙波、钙空穴、钙星。钙火花是钙信号的基本单元,是指心肌细胞
[Abstract]:As one of the most extensive and important intracellular second messengers, positive Ca~ (2) participates in the pathophysiological process of various cells. In the process of myocardial cell contraction and relaxation, each excitation-contraction coupling is accompanied by the change of intracellular Ca2 concentration. The temporal and spatial effects of this concentration change form the intracellular calcium signal. Because Ca~ (2) plays a very important role in organism, the regulation mechanism of calcium signal is very complex, and calcium signal is closely related to cardiovascular disease. 1 the basic characteristic calcium signal of calcium signal has many manifestations. Such as calcium sparks, calcium transient, calcium waves, calcium holes, calcium stars. Calcium spark is the basic unit of calcium signal. It refers to cardiac myocytes.
