动脉导管的开闭及其细胞分子机制

【摘要】:正动脉导管是一种连接于降主动脉近端和左肺动脉起始部的血管结构~([1-2])。对于胎儿循环,动脉导管开放是必须的,血液经此通路从高压肺动脉流入低压主动脉。出生后10~15h,伴随自主呼吸和肺循环阻力下降,流经动脉导管血液逐渐减少,管壁平滑肌收缩而自行闭合。80%儿童约在生后3个月完成
[Abstract]:The positive ductus arteriosus is a vascular structure connected to the proximal end of the descending aortic artery and the origin of the left pulmonary artery. For fetal circulation, the opening of ductus arteriosus is necessary, through which blood flows from high hypertension pulmonary artery to hypotension aorta. At 10: 15 h after birth, with the decrease of spontaneous respiration and pulmonary circulation resistance, the blood flow through ductus arteriosus decreased gradually, and the smooth muscle of the wall contracted and closed itself. 80% of the children completed it about 3 months after birth.
