某社区中年人群体质指数和腰围身高比与血压的关系研究

【摘要】:目的分析比较某社区中年人群体质指数(body mass index,BMI)和腰围身高比(waist-to-height ratio,WHtR)与血压的关系及其对高血压的预测效果。方法以在金昌市金川区某社区开展的健康行为因素调查中4 088例中年人为研究对象,采用线性回归模型比较血压(收缩压和舒张压)随BMI及WHtR的数量变化,并用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线评价BMI及WHtR对高血压的预测效果及适宜切点。结果该社区中年人群的收缩压和舒张压均随着BMI、WHtR的增大而升高,且BMI对血压的升高作用大于WHtR。多元线性回归分析中,WHtR与不同性别中年人群收缩压、舒张压均无相关关系。男性BMI较WHtR对高血压的预测效果更优(Z=2.06,P=0.020),女性BMI较WHtR对高血压的预测效果也更优(Z=1.77,P=0.038)。结论该社区中年人群中BMI与血压(收缩压和舒张压)的相关性较WHtR强,应将BMI≥24.0 kg/m2和(或)WHtR≥0.5的中年人群做为该社区高血压防控的重点人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and compare the relationship between body mass index (body mass index,BMI), waist circumference height ratio (waist-to-height ratio,WHtR) and blood pressure in middle-aged people in a community and its predictive effect on hypertension. Methods A total of 4088 middle-aged people were investigated on health behavior factors in Jinchuan District of Jinchang City. Linear regression model was used to compare the changes of blood pressure (systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure) with the quantity of BMI and WHtR. The predictive effect and suitable cut point of BMI and WHtR on hypertension were evaluated by (receiver operating characteristic,ROC) curve. Results systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased with the increase of BMI,WHtR in middle-aged people in this community, and the effect of BMI on blood pressure was greater than that of WHtR.. In multiple linear regression analysis, WHtR was not correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure in middle-aged people of different genders.
