尼泊尔三甲医院不同种族冠状动脉疾病患者的危险因素和结局

　　背景:冠状动脉疾病（CAD）是全球首要的致死因素,每年有超过1730万人死于心血管疾病。近年来,冠状动脉疾病（CAD）已经成为威胁人类健康的最大杀手。在世界范围内,CAD是导致全人类死亡的主要原因,而且预计在未来的20年内情况仍将如此。虽然西方工业化国家的冠状动脉疾病呈下降的趋势,但总的来说世界各地的疾病死亡率仍然很高。尤其是在发展中国家中显现出惊人的增长速度。尽管发达国家的这种疾病可能已经减少,然而最近的一些研究表明,发展中国家的发病率仍然呈现上升的趋势,对于中低收入的国家造成其死亡的四分之三的原因就是由于CAD。据世界卫生组织公布,全球疾病负担的一半以上发生在发展中国家,且这些疾病的负担在低收入国家中不断的增加与其人口比例不断的上升是不呈趋势的。作为社会经济影响因素,贫困与非传染性疾病是密切相关的。此外,作为全世界死亡的主要原因,CAD已超越传染病,并逐渐成为尼泊尔面临的主要健康挑战。高危人群冠心病的负担表明急需要制定有关针对性的策略来早期识别以及管理高危人群。然而像尼泊尔这样的发展中国家由于缺乏资源和相关研究而面临着巨大的健康挑战。目的:本次研究的目的是根据Shahid Gang...
