关系化面神经术中定位研究进展

【摘要】：术中定位、识别和保护面神经一直是耳科医生共同关注的问题。准确地面神经术中定位,不仅要参考解剖学和影像学测量数据,还需要利用解剖结构之间的相对位置关系以弥补测量数据的误差或局限。同时,还需要尽量把复杂的问题简单实用化,使其更好地被临床医生利用。本文以临床应用为出发点,就常规中耳术中面神经的关系化定位问题进行综述。
[Abstract]:Locating, recognizing and protecting the facial nerve during operation has always been a common concern of otologists. To locate the facial nerve accurately, we should not only refer to the anatomical and imaging data, It is also necessary to make use of the relative position relationship between anatomical structures to make up for the errors or limitations of the measurement data. At the same time, we also need to make the complicated problems simple and practical as far as possible, so that they can be better used by clinicians. This paper reviews the relationship localization of facial nerve during middle ear operation.
